Emko Elektronik’s chairman Ayhan Ispalar made a presentation about “Entrepreneurship and Corporatization” in a panel of “Science and Technology Week”. This panel that was organized on 11 to 13 March 2013 by Ulutek Technology Development Zone and Uludağ University.

Ispalar, mentioned the reasons for becoming an entrepreneur, requirement of how is an entrepreneur and factors for success in his speech. Also he stressed a wrong perception that entrepreneur’s child is an entrepreneur. Generally, their father’s jobs are %70 civil servants or workers. Ispalar, gave an example himself work experiences to university students and said focus on a subject, specialization in the subject, awareness as you learn and you see the gap in the market then importance of the need to produce projects.

He told, lifestyle of a successful entrepreneur, always think like customers and take a desicion and pointed out that innovation climate has intellectual capital and knowledge. And he completed end of speech of Elif Baktır’s words: “Characteristics of technological innovation are turning to: from inventing basis to innovation basis; from sequential linear model to a very tight interactive of circle dynamic model; from independence to interdependence; from single discipline to lots of discipline, to interdisciplinary studies; from features of products to create value for customer”.
